With over 14 years of experience in international tech companies – including 8+ years in leadership roles – I know the reality of today’s work environment: pressure to change, high speed, ambiguity.

I’ve led teams, supported transformations, and made tough decisions under intense conditions. I know what it feels like to carry a lot – and to lose sight of your own well-being along the way.

For me, true leadership and personal development don’t start with tools or techniques.
They start with stance: the ability to meet yourself clearly, act with intention, and offer orientation even in times of change. And holding that focus over time? Almost no one does it alone. And that’s okay.

Today, as a coach and trainer, I support people and teams who want to find clarity, act with impact, and consciously unfold their potential – with presence, depth, and substance.

My Background & Expertise

In May 2025, I completed the certification course as a Systemic Business Coach (SBC)® at the Munich Academy for Business Coaching – one of the leading institutes for systemic coaching in the German-speaking world.
Accreditation with the German Association for Coaching and Training (dvct) is planned for this year.

In addition, I’m a certified LINC Coach/Trainer and work with the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) upon request – a solid foundation for individual and team-based personality development.

And personally?
I’m a husband, father of twins, musician and athlete – living with my family in rural Bavaria. The balance between the calm of nature and the dynamic rhythm of my work inspires me daily – professionally and privately.
