About Me

I’m Matthias – father of two, husband, musician, and athlete.
Together with my family, I live close to nature in the Oberpfalz region of Germany.

My path into coaching wasn’t a classic career trajectory – it was shaped by conscious decisions, turning points, and deep personal growth.

For over 14 years, I worked in international tech companies – more than eight of those in leadership roles, including at Amazon, Salesforce, and Google. I know the dynamics, the appeal – and the challenges – of fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.

What began as a space for my own self-reflection evolved into something more through my training at the Munich Academy for Business Coaching: a path of continued personal development and a professional direction that combines my passion for holistic growth with structure, intuition, and empathy.

Today, I support individuals, teams, and leaders who carry responsibility in complex contexts – and want to grow in clarity, effectiveness, and self-connection.

How I Work

Systemic. Clear. Practical.

For me, coaching is a co-creative process on equal footing. I support people in finding their own answers, gaining clarity, and developing solutions that truly fit – structured, respectful, and effective.

My approach is systemic, solution-oriented, and rooted in constructivist thinking. I believe that people already possess the resources they need. Through conscious reflection, new possibilities for action emerge.

My work is grounded in solid training and is complemented by methods from Positive Psychology as well as mindfulness-based practices – applied when they serve the process.

Optionally: I work with the LINC Personality Profiler (LPP) – a scientifically validated tool for personality diagnostics. It supports deeper self-reflection, broadens perspective, and can offer a powerful entry point into the coaching journey.

Training as a Complement

Where targeted knowledge, a shared language, or methodological orientation are needed, I complement coaching processes – on request – with practical, dialogue-based training, for example in the areas of:

  • Leadership

  • Sales

  • Negotiation

I see coaching and training not as opposites, but as mutually reinforcing formats:
Coaching fosters inner clarity – training strengthens skills and shared alignment.

My Approach

My life hasn’t followed a straight line – and that’s exactly what has sharpened my perspective.

Turning points, new beginnings, and living in different cultures have taught me to stay curious – about people, perspectives, and what lies beneath the surface.

I meet my clients with genuine interest, appreciation, and an open mind – including for what resonates between the lines.

At the same time, I’m willing to hold up the mirror:
I ask challenging questions, help uncover blind spots, and encourage honest reflection – in a space that is both safe and respectful.
