How I work

Curious. Empathetic. Appreciative. Challenging.

I’m someone who’s taken many paths.

Grew up in the countryside. Spent part of my youth in boarding school.
Plenty on my mind – just not school.

Switched from high school to vocational track – and later completed all qualifications up to a business degree with honors.

Then came startups, Google, Salesforce, Amazon & others.

I’ve lived abroad, led international teams, and navigated complex systems.
Spent over 20 years as a footballer, musician, and co-founder of a band.

I’ve known success – and doubt.
I’ve searched, found, lost, and started over.

And I know what it feels like when everything looks right on the outside – but something’s not aligned within.

These experiences shape how I show up as a coach.

I work with people, not with models.
I listen, ask questions, hold space – and bring structure when it’s needed.

Coaching with me means:
You get to be honest. Even with yourself.
No mask. No judgment.
Just focus on what truly matters.

What you can expect from me:

A clear framework.
A safe space.
A counterpart who’s fully present – not someone who knows more than you,
but someone who asks differently.

What guides my coaching

I'm curious because I’ve seen the world from many angles.
I'm empathetic because I know how complex people are, and how much their environment shapes them.
I'm appreciative because development doesn’t start with judgment, but with genuine interest.
And I’m challenging because real change takes clarity, focus, and the courage to decide.

I work systemically, solution-focused, and constructively – and, if desired, with the LINC Personality Profiler as a solid foundation for self-reflection and personal growth.

My aim

I’ll walk alongside you – or your team – as a partner for a defined time:
with clarity, presence, and genuine interest.
